BIO

After sports and athletics my body was banged up. Having never resolved any of the underlying problems, small aches turned into major distractions.

Eventually, I got to the point where I had to pick and choose what I was doing in my everyday life.

The pain in my shoulders was so bad it disrupted sleep.
The pain in my knees was so bad I stopped running.
The pain in my hips made it difficult to enjoy skiing.

I was frustrated and dejected. I was in my late 20’s and was scared.

I wondered “Is this the rest of my life?”

At the same time, I saw many clients experiencing similar issues – the stress, and wear and tear of life was finally catching up.

I thought there had to be a solution. So I spent years researching, learning, and working with mentors. I first applied what I learned to myself. As I began to see progress, I began introducing it to clients.

Over time, we all saw huge improvements! I realized just how important and impactful the right work in the gym could be on living an amazing, unrestricted life outside of it.

Navigating parenthood added another layer of lessons, and has helped me appreciate the challenges that come with less personal time and more responsibilities.

Over the past 5 years, I have worked on narrowing my focus and finding the right mix of fitness that is efficient, effective, and practical. Today, I can say I have a routine that is consistent, sustainable, and compliments my life. It has helped me build a durable, capable and resilient body to do what I love with my family.

These experiences have helped inspire me to help others overcome roadblocks, navigate challenges, eliminate confusion, and do what they need so they can thrive in their lives.
