BIO

After growing up in Easton, Massachusetts, Erik earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Connecticut in 2018. Following graduation, he spent a year working in a physical therapy clinic while also serving as a strength and conditioning coach for several local high school athletic programs.
Over the past seven years, Erik has worked as a full-time personal trainer, helping hundreds of individuals improve their health, fitness, and quality of life. His experience spans a wide range of populations, from athletes seeking peak performance to adults focused on building strength, losing weight, improving mobility, and maintaining long-term health.
Erik is passionate about helping people cultivate wellness by developing fitness routines that are both effective and sustainable. He believes successful fitness programs should fit into a person’s life, not take it over. His coaching philosophy centers on building lasting habits, improving movement quality, increasing strength and fitness, and creating systems that support long-term health.
Whether a client is training for a race, looking to gain muscle, lose weight, improve athletic performance, or simply feel better in everyday life, Erik provides individualized coaching designed to deliver meaningful and lasting results.
Outside of coaching and training himself, Erik enjoys distance running, golfing, playing pickleball, hiking, and spending time at the beach.
