Meet Lauren
Lauren Leonard is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), RRCA Certified Running Coach, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (IIN), Balanced Athlete Coach, and 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with a passion for helping people move well, feel strong, and build confidence through every stage of life.
She specializes in helping runners improve performance and stay injury-free, empowering women over 40 to build lifelong strength and mobility, and developing young athletes through speed, agility, strength, and movement training.
A lifelong runner since the age of 12, Lauren believes fitness should enhance everyday life—not just prepare you for race day. Her coaching blends evidence-based strength training, running mechanics, mobility, recovery, and practical nutrition to help clients perform better, prevent injuries, and continue doing the activities they love.
Whether she’s coaching a first-time 5K runner, helping a woman rediscover her strength, guiding an athlete toward a new personal best, or supporting someone returning to exercise after an injury, Lauren creates individualized programs that are challenging, supportive, and sustainable.
Her philosophy is simple: Train for Life. Build strength, move with confidence, and create healthy habits that last far beyond the finish line.
Eat Well. Run Long. Breathe Easy.
