Founded by Brie Houghton, a mother of three young children and an avid pursuer of knowledge, fitness and personal development, Rebel Nutrition & Fitness offers a dynamic, holistic approach to health. Brie’s extensive background as a competitive athlete and coach, along with her newest pursuits in Jiu-Jitsu and submission grappling, bring a unique perspective to training for performance, recovery, and personal growth.
