BIO
I grew up in MA, went to Xaverian Brothers High School and played football, lacrosse, and track, where I was a state champion in the 55m dash. I went to Villanova University and earned a football scholarship, starting my senior and 5th year at cornerback. My professional career began in Philadelphia as a bridge engineer, which lasted about 4.5 years until I moved back to Boston and began my fitness journey at Barry’s in 2013.
I married my wife, Steph, in 2017 and we have two daughters, Lily (born 2018) and Ava (born 2020). We also have a German Shepherd, Titus, and live in West Roxbury. When not at PEX or Barry’s you can find me at home with my family.
