Ideal Clients

With over 32 years of experience in the fitness industry, I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their personal fitness goals and make wellness a lasting part of their lives. I started my fitness career in the 90’s teaching group classes for Reebok. I spent the next many years learning, studying, interning and acquiring certifications in many modalities.

As a certified NASM Personal Trainer, TRX Trainer, Art of Strength Kettlebell Trainer, Les Mills certified group fitness instructor, and Pilates Mat instructor, I bring a diverse range of expertise to every session.

My approach to fitness is rooted in personalization and empowerment. I love working one-on-one and with small groups, guiding clients to not only look better but feel and perform at their best. I believe in creating a positive, enjoyable environment where fitness becomes fun. My gauge of professional success is when my clients add fitness in to their daily lives because it makes them feel good and they enjoy it, not to punish themselves for overeating, or other indulgences.

Out of the gym, I am a head swim coach and assistant track & field coach for Special Olympics of Massachusetts. I volunteer at our town senior center, teaching exercise classes that everybody can participate in, with personalized modifications. As a breast cancer survivor, I honor my physicians at Dana Farber by giving time to help women who may not have financial access to a personal trainer, gain back their mobility and strength post breast cancer treatment.

I enjoy golf, skiing, snow shoeing, my family, and dog walks in my leisure time.
