I’m Maria, a certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist with a passion for helping women build strength for life. I specialize in strength training for young moms, perimenopausal, and menopausal women who want to feel strong, energized, and confident in their bodies.

Strength training is the foundation of my work; not just to “tone,” but to support hormone health, bone density, metabolism, and long-term independence. I believe getting stronger is one of the most powerful things a woman can do at any stage of life.

I know the gym can feel overwhelming, which is why I focus on education, proper movement, and accountability, so you feel supported, capable, and proud of what your body can do.
