BIO
I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer with over 15 years of experience, helping clients build strength, improve body composition, and get results that last. My training style is structured and efficient, combining strength work, conditioning, and functional movement to improve both how you look and how you perform. I also incorporate HYROX-style training for clients who want to push their conditioning or train with a competitive edge. I work with a wide range of clients, from beginners to experienced lifters, and tailor each program to fit their goals, schedule, and lifestyle. Outside of the gym, I enjoy running HYROX races, playing softball, and spending time with friends, family, and my French bulldog, Zoe.
