BIO

Fitness has been my passion since I was 14 years old when I started lifting in my high school’s weight room. I first got into fitness because I wanted to build muscle and get stronger. I’ve stuck with it because of how it makes me feel and the transformational effects on my mental health and wellbeing.

My intention is to make fitness as accessible as possible. The health and fitness world can be overwhelming with many contradictory viewpoints, fads, and trends. My goal as a trainer is to cut through all the nonsense and help my clients achieve their goals in a safe, informed manner using time-tested and evidence-based principles.

There is no secret to seeing fitness results besides long-term consistency. To be consistent you need to enjoy what you do. I want you to not only be making progress and reaching your goals but having fun with the process as well. It is my hope you leave the workouts feeling better than you came in and looking forward to our next session.

Outside of the gym, I love to cook and try new foods, paddleboard and play the guitar.
