BIO

Ken and his son Travis (Running Backs Coach at Bentley University) co-own Excel Sports and Fitness. They have extensive Football and Lacrosse playing, coaching, and training backgrounds. Ken also trains and competes in Masters Track and Field. They love working with young athletes to improve their Speed, Quickness, Agility, and Power.
