Everybody is different, and every body is different

There are coaches who give workouts, and there are coaches who create programs. I take a whole body approach that tailors your workout program to you. All you need is a goal, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work hard. I’ll take care of the rest.

In the first month of training my clients have described the following results:

    • Feeling “new muscles” and stronger overall
    • Feeling more flexible and able to move better
    • Decreased daily aches and pains as a result of sitting all day
    • Feeling better overall, and showing up better for their loved one

My Mission

Trainer/Health Coach

My mission as a personal trainer and health coach is to teach professionals over 30 to:

    • Complete strong, powerful workouts in one hour or less
    • Properly lift weights without getting hurt
    • Eat to feel energized and full throughout your day
    • Prevent/accommodate injury
    • Combat the hours spent sitting at a desk day to day
