BIO

I began my journey into fitness around the age of 5 when I discovered Karate. I trained in several martial arts throughout my childhood and into my early adult years. During this time I competed with several martial arts teams and helped other fighters to ensure we were all properly conditioned to compete. Enjoying my time spent working with others and helping them reach their fitness goals led me to become a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer.

I continued my work as a trainer for years and not only enjoyed helping my clients reach their goals but also assisting in making improvements in how they moved and felt outside of their time with me. I was proud of the lasting effect they all carried with them.

Around this time I was introduced to Pilates, it taught a lot of the same principles as martial arts. Flexibility, range of motion and core strength, but most importantly discipline and dedication to master each movement. From then on I was hooked. I spent the next two years working full time and completing my Pilates training in my spare time. I became a Comprehensively Certified Peak Pilates Instructor in September of 2019 and have been teaching Pilates and utilizing Pilates principles into my personal training ever since.

I now live in Medfield, MA with my beautiful wife, our 3 daughters and our English Bulldog. I work full time teaching Pilates and running personal training sessions.
